What is AlmaLinux?

AlmaLinux is a community-driven enterprise Linux distribution. It is a derivative of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The distribution was developed at the beginning of 2021 after Red Hat announced that it would focus its efforts on CentOS Stream instead of CentOS 8.
