What is orcharhino?
orcharhino takes care of the installation, configuration management and lifecycle management of your IT infrastructure. The solution was originally developed for environments with RHEL and CentOS. Thanks to continuous expansion and adaptations by the ATIX developers, orcharhino can now also be used for Windows, SUSE Enterprise Linux, Debian, Ubuntu and numerous other operating systems.
Development and quality assurance at ATIX prepare suitable installation templates and client software for all the platforms mentioned, which connects the hosts to orcharhino.
This provides users of different platforms with a standardized interface that takes the various technological approaches into account equally. However, orcharhino is also suitable for homogeneous IT landscapes as a manufacturer-independent management software. Our knowledge base and support team are available to customers in the event of problems.

Support for orcharhino is included in the subscription, available as Standard or Premium. We normally use a ticket system to provide remote help. Depending on the urgency and support level, there is also the option of 24/7 support.

Remote support for all updates released within a year. Maintenance is performed together with the ATIX support team.
